"Beautiful location that is peacefully separated but very convenient to town. Adjacent to the Conejos River and you can book private stretches for fly fishing. Huge cottonwood trees throughout the property, with a great mix of sun and shade. Level lots amidst natural surroundings. Very friendly owner/manager. Will definitely book again!"

"On a 2 week trip through Colorado we made a last minute change to our itinerary and took a chance on Cañon Bonito - it turned out to be our favorite stop of our whole trip. Al has created the perfect, laid back hideaway of a campground, from the sign welcoming us into the campground and the relaxed check in process, to the “by donation” laundry facilities, to the campground dogs that make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect landing spot for a day spent fishing or on the Cumbres & Toltec train, both of which we did. Highly recommend this campground!"

"This is a great little RV park that accommodates all sizes of RV’s. Very rustic yet has full hookups and Wi-Fi! The owner is friendly and helps you into your site. The fellow campers are friendly, as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back."
